What do adcoms think about winter classes?

Excluding pre-reqs, would it be a bad idea to take some classes for my major during the winter session?

You might need to clarify what you mean. Winter semester at most schools is from Jan-May, which is just as long as Fall semester.

I took a 3 credit winter class. It was from December to January (lol I know, and it was easy af) but nobody cared

But it was an English tho that wasn’t in my major so there’s that too.

I've never heard any adcom member speak negatively (or positively) about taking intersession classes (short, intensive courses offered between semesters).
