What do i do after passing naplex & mpje?

Do you guys know what form I have to fill out after passing mpje & naplex? Where do I pay the license fee? Thank you.

What state are you in?
I think it's already paid for before you take the exams. I Passed the mpje on the 7th and just got my license posted today. I didn't have to fill out anything extra, pay anything extra, or call anyone. I was advised that if it takes too long to be posted on the department of health website, then to go ahead and contact the board of pharm in your state.
