I am to attend BU DMD starting in AUG 2 and I am sure many have the same question as I, so would someone kindly help. I am wondering what to take with me for the first class and what am I to expect the first few days.. thanks for any help..

chances are you will not need anything with you other than a big smile.
not at least for your first day. be ready to rock and roll few days later.
man we are in the second week and i already feel burnt out from all the studying we have to do.

For first day? just bring your brain. Notes are given in hand out. Lectures power point are posted on the web. What do u need?

I'm still a predent, but I usually show up with a spiral notebook and a pen for the first day of class.

i would bring a lock or two just in case they start handing out lockers and you can pick whichever you want...but i'm not sure how they handle that at bu...

we just got our dental instruments today. man that was a long list to check out and make sure nothing is missing.
p.s. our school did provide comb locks for the lockers.

We were given locks & keys, comb lock, etc. So, no need of those. Thanks god every thing was available

how is the 2nd yr for you guys? is it easier for you now since you got used to the dental school life?
we just started 2 weeks ago and i already feel like all i do is study. i honestly been in school 10-12 hr days for the past week. 5 hr days in the lab and so on.
is it because maybe i am not used to tackling the dental school curr?
p.s/ please say hello to your 2 classmates from my hometown (CSUN).
