I see these on insurance cards, what do they mean?

The BIN is the Banking Identification Number - this is an electronic address which tells where to send the claim. The PCN is the Processor Control Number - this tells who the claims processor administrator is. The GRP is the group within the processor & identifies the employer or group that is covered by that particular plan within that administrator.
