Drink coffee.
Don't eat.
Study a lot with no distractions from having to eat 🙂

A lot of Rockstar. But I do work for them so it actual pays me.

Nice can of cold refreshing pepsi

Pure coke..... the drinkable kind of course. 😀

When I have to do a lot of hardcore studying I get more hungry...I like to keep something healthy close by, green peppers, apples, carrots...sometimes I also go for chips and popcorn...so long as you don't eat a HEAVY meal that will put you to sleep...I would rather eat 3 little snacks than one huge meal during studying days...I also drink tea and coffee but not to the point where it gets irritated and nervous...only to keep me awake...

And actually, believe it or not, one of the best ways to get going on studying after dozing off is taking a short refreshing break with your notes...sometimes I walk around the library with two or three pages then go back inside for some more hard studying...I know some friends who actually have to work out the days before their exams because it reduces the stress, helps them think faster and sleep less!!!!!

Red Bull, or my favourite Full Throttle Red (Tropical Fury I think it's called...) plus a good apple or something equally healthy to balance the awfulness of those energy drinks...

fish and rice! the rice provides the carbs for long study hours and the fish provides essential proteins for your brain. 😀

There's a reason I have an expensive espresso machine 😀

All the flavor an none of the junk calories and additives from the energy drinks, just nice heart palpitating syrup of goodness.

corona with lime or new castle brown ale.

lots of coffee, water, diet coke
lots of cut up fruit and veggies, joghurt, and low cal snacks every few hours

Adderall for the longgggg nights, no just kidding, am I?

Usually tea or coffee works. No food unless it's like greasy fries or something you can get from the dining hall.

NO-Xplode 🙂

Starbucks venti frappiccinos with extra expresso! yum.

Coffee, or if I need a break from the hardcore stuff, diet coke (more caffeine than regular!) I like snacky foods--carrots and hummus, m&ms...also, Jr mints...so refreshing!

I have been known to gulp down a coffee, take a 15 min nap before the caffeine is absorbed, and then wake up refreshed and buzzed.

Exercise is a great tip...and lots of water.

lays masterpiece bbq chips, haiiight
and coke

If I am that tired and saturated, I just sleep. Amazing what a little sleep can do!😴

Green tea

Almost forgot...I also chew on and eat cinnamon sticks. It might sound strange, but it keeps me awake in addition to the other benefits (antimicrobial properties, tastes good, helps keep that early morning halitosis away 😀).

Energy drinks. Although, they don't really work, so... Either I've built up a high tolerance for caffeine and whatever other crap they put in there, or I'm wayyyyyy too exhausted around test time for energy drinks to do much good.

Occasionally I find that regular coffee keeps me awake more than energy drinks. Dunkin Donuts iced coffee FTW!

eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, sleep6-7 hours, exercise 10-15 min every other day and expose your eyes to the sun to sleep less, drink black tea when sleepy

fish and rice! the rice provides the carbs for long study hours and the fish provides essential proteins for your brain. 😀

Dude, the brain cannot metabolize protein. The sole energy source for the brain is glucose. i'm not saying fish isn't good for you, i just doubt the protein will make it up there.

anyways for me, Banana & Coffee. Flawless before exams.

Oatmeal with honey, banana with honey, Ito-en ocha (green tea)....don't pound anything too heavy, it'll put you right to sleep.

Energy drinks, yoghurt and other sources of protein, energy drinks and ... erm... energy drinks...
