What do we need to bring test day

so my exam is coming this week! and i'm kinda freaking out lol(?)

but just to confirm all we need to bring is our government issued ID and the USMLE test permit IS THAT ALL?

or are there some other document that we need that i missed?

My site had lockers that were ~1.5 ft by 1.5 ft, so I guess what ever you could fit in there is fine.

My site had a refrigerator so you don't need to bring a cooler, just put your food in there. That was when I took the MCAT. Not sure if this has changed
