What do you do if you lost your confirmation number

I lost my confirmation number, I can't seem to find it in my email. I was hoping to reschedule my test but they won't let me do it without the number. Is there anyway I can get this number or reschedule without it.

No way to reschedule without that #. Call prometric and see if they can pull up your # using your name. Or maybe they can issue a new one! Either way, you need that #.

Thats just great prometric is close on weekends and I heard that you have to reschedule within 5 days of your test, I am screwed.

Well that email is not going to be magically lost. Maybe you deleted it. Look in your "Trash" folder.

No the email didn't get magically lost, I think I magically deleted it.

i heard that if you wanted to reschedule it had to be 2 business days before the test date, before noon.... when i scheduled mine i took it 2 weeks later...so im not sure how rescheduling works!! best of luck!

Its not, I looked. Guess it's time to call prometrics, if you dont show up for the test does that count as one attempt.

Yes! If you're planing on not showing up, you must call prometric and cancel!!
