I was just watching Dateline, and they report that there are students taking Adderol and Ritalin to stay awake, to gain an edge for studying.
I'm sure there are better ways to beat 😴
Does anybody have suggestions for healthy alternatives to staying awake for studying rather than becoming a junky?
