What do you guys write down during the tutorial?

Need some tips for this...I always get confused what is the most vital stuff to write down!

Wait srsly?? But we have the tutorial time right, how can they stop us if we already begin the exam? Did they actually come up to you and tell you that you can't write things down?

You can write during the tutorial. AAMC has come out and specifically stated you may. Individual testing centers often don't know the rules, and enforce whatever they feel like. I believe I saw this in the official guide to the MCAT, but they also tweeted it:
