what documents to send for ECE evaluation?

hi,
I wanted help in knowing what documents are required for the ECE evaluation?
Can i send my 10th, 12th , and my BDS and Masters degree?

or do I need to send only BDS degree for GPA calculation?
Help greatly appreciated!

well bikki,
I got it done by sending 10th, 12th marks sheets, individual marksheets of study years (all 4 of BDS), provisional pass certificate copy and transcripts of marks and study hrs of undergraduation.( these all were attested by registrar of my university )
Go for course by course evaluation

I did an evaluation of my BDS( 3 years back) and my GPA was in the 2.-- range.
I am hoping for a better gpa this time by sending many more transcripts.
