Darnell just caught this porker. nuff said we're gettin a sammich tonite. Darnell ain't skeered of bad dentistry, by the way...as was seen in those skeery former postins. He'll take on gasapple any day and mr gasapple a nice bass in the meantime. teach him some kewl dance moves too, hand moves too. No contest! Peace and love, man!!! I have only one, and its ******ed. I got it when I was like 21 years old, and wasted.
 
I only have two real ones... I was a marine for Halloween. Those were completely fake. I think that might be a little trashy if they were real, right? 🙂

All of you Texans. I swear every last one of you guys are full of yourselves. Had a few in my MPH program at Emory. Yeesh....now good old Georgia is where its at (with the pollen and humidity).:laugh:
 
I think Californian guys are much worse than Texans. At least the Texas dudes I've met. Californian guys are SO metro!
 
We have pollen and humidity in Austin too.

And I am probably the least metro guy I know.
 
I can agree with you on the Cali thing to a degree (from prior knowledge). As an Iranian, some of those Cali ones irk me to no end. Popping their collars, acting all fake....but I digress.

And you would hate Dallas. Home of the original $40,000/year millionaires. It is basicaly LA without the movie stars.

Outside of that, tats are never trashy...There will come a day when all prisoners have no ink and its only those not in prison with tats. yep thats right.

Wow, you drive from San Diego to LA just to watch persian people? That's amazing 🙂 Personally I like San Diego better. Way.
 
Well we are Iranians are interesting. Although I would say that what I described earlier is only a small subset of the population. There are quite alot of more conservative and moderates there who at least try to remember their heritage. It is the ones who scoff at such rich culture that just leave me dumbfounded at the treasure they give up on.

Are you trying to rub it in try? I went from exercising 6 days a week and doing pole vaulting in high school with a body fat 8% to gaining 20 lbs at the end of college. I used to be built like that.🙁

SD is great, but my gf lives in LA, so we're usually galavanting in one city or the other.

i would say that this happens to a lot of cultures in America... i think if you go into the heart of any strong ethnic community in the states, you'll see this. I see it with my fellow Serbs, in the Greeks, Filipinos, I think it's just a part of America, sadly. there's some competition between mainstream American capitalist culture and older, traditional, family-based culture from outside of America. as long as we are a nation of immigrants, this clash will continue.

I agree. I tend to think that the people who 'assimilated' the quickest and the fastest into American 'culture' were the most successful. Therefore, immigrants oftentimes refused to allow their kids to learn the native language and culture in hopes that they would have better lives than their ancesters did. Then the 2nd or 3rd generation comes along and wants to know about it hopefully before it's too late. We have huge German from Russia population and Czech population in Nebraska of which I am about 50/50 (from Bohemia and the Ukraine) and I know the languages were shunned in my grandparents' homes. These were both not very popular places to be from in America, like many other places, and a lot of people would be harassed if they admitted to being German from Russia especially so it makes sense to me, although sad. My grandparents are sensitive about it to this day.

California guys lack game. I've witnessed it many times. Kind of funny to watch. I went to california and all of a sudden I felt like I had skillzzzzzz.

The girls...they are a mixed bag depending on whether they came from southern or northern california...(I exclude the bay area because everyone knows they are their own breed)

i think that happened alot with the earlier waves of immigrants into the U.S.; these days, I see that less and less in my own community. my parents taught me to value the culture and the language, and I am glad i speak it on a daily basis. but growing up in NYC in the 1950s, i probably would have had a lot different experience. these days, larger metropolitan centers seem less xenophobic (thank God).

Oh, and my friend in Michigan just told me she saw a guy wearing a "Don't tase me bro!!" shirt up there. HA! Crazy...

I don't have a problem with CA guys. I know a few and they're all alright. Guys from the northeast...that's a different story. I believe New Jersey has the highest percentage of douche bags per capita.
