It means you get a chance for an acceptance, maybe even a better chance than some who is currently wait listed at the same school.

That's mean you are invited to visit the school and have an interview on Dec 1st or 2nd.

Again, this goes the same for any other day.

Reading comprehension can be hard, but I also think that it means you are invited to come for an interview.

I googled "interview definition" and it says: "a formal meeting in which one or more persons question, consult, or evaluate another person". Hope that helps!
