Does it include both electron transport and chemiosmosis or just chemiosmosis (the process of proton flowing back)?

Oxidative phosphorylation is when ATP is produced from adding a phosphate group to ADP in which the energy for the bond and the phosphate group are obtained from separate sources (same source such as glucose in glycolysis [yielding 2 ATP] is substrate level phosphorylation).

So yes both are examples of oxidative phosphorylation since the energy for the bond is derived from ATP synthase and the phosphate group is obtained from the mitochondrion matrix.
