It's just post bac work, so post undergrad or pre grad or if they don't have those I'd just put grad

If it is not a special masters, just undergrad science requirements in a particular post-bacc program, these are not considered grad work. The other options are to get a second bachelor's, get private loans, or pay out of pocket.
