What does this mean (Northwestern) ???????

Okay, so I call Northwestern University today and asked them what was up with my file, because on the status page it says that they don't have my letters of rec yet. The lady behind the phone said, "It shouldn't be much longer till you hear from us". What does this mean? Has anyone been told this, whether at NW or at any other school?

I would guess that means rejection. From my recollection, they do interviews in three batches, the first b4 christmas, the second in Jan through early feb, and the last starting right about last week. I know they sent out the second batch of invites almost all at the same time (withing a week about 10 people said they got invites after a long dead period), so I would assume they are probably done sending out invites considering they have started the third round.
