What else do I need to do to get into top schools?

I am a 19 year old white honors student at Penn State. My stats are below. I will be applying in a couple years to MD/ PhD programs around the country. Besides the need to take the MCAT and the GRE, what else should I do to make myself as marketable to top tier schools? Thanks to anyone who replies.

Stats:
cGPA: 3.97
sGPA:4.00
Major: Biochemistry
Lab time at graduation: 4 years- Will likely earn authorship

I am enrolled in an accelerated masters program. I will have my BS and a master's degree in Biochemistry in the amount of time it takes to get a BA. I start graduate classes next semester (first semester of my sophomore year)

I will have a master's thesis

Current Summer research: Mayo Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship- May earn authorship from my work here

Shadowing a surgeon and an oncologist at Mayo: Likely total hours= 8

Recommendations: Mayo researcher, University PI, English Professor, Honors advisor- All excellent
