Hey All,

I'm almost finished with my AMCAS, but I was unsure of how or if I should include certain activities. I have spent a significant portion of my time as an undergraduate caring for a parent who is suffering from Alzheimer's. This is addressed in detail in my personal statement. My question regarding this is whether I should also include this under the activities portion of the AMCAS. It took up a large portion of my time and as such my other extracurriculars are not quite where I would like them to be.

My other question relates to my summer job. I'm working for a local charity selling pulltabs to people in a bar (if you're not familiar with this, it is a form of gambling). The charitable aspect of it is obviously appealing, but I don't know that I want to associate myself with gambling on my AMCAS. Would you include this or just leave it out just to be safe?

Thanks for any advice!

Leave out both. One is thoroughly mentioned already, the other is irrelevant and potentially harmful
