I have searched all over and not found anything helpful on actually writing a letter of interest. The MD forum has some stuff if you are waitlisted but other than that, nada! So here is what I want to know:
1. Is it ok to send an LOI before you have been asked for an interview?
2. What goes in it, keeping in mind there is not much to update cause that was all pretty much in the secondary app? or is it ok to repeat some stuff from essays?
3. Who should these be sent to? "To Whom It May Concern", the Dean of admissions, an admissions officer, the board of admissions?
Any advice is more than welcome!
