What gpa would get you screened out?

Based on GPA alone, you won't get screened out of anywhere. The lowest screened out I've seen is 2.8. Usually it's 3.0, and a few places I've seen is 3.25. You're fine.

Some have hard cut offs, and I mean hard. 3.25 is one number I remember being hard for Campbell....

I have almost your exact GPAs. I met every screen. Campbell is 3.2 and hard, KCU is 3.25 and mostly hard. With those GPAs your MCAT can be the difference maker for how many and which schools you get into. You can PM me if you want more details.

A little unrelated to your situation, but to answer the question at hand I think anything sub 3.0 in dangerous territory. Many DO schools say like 2.75/2.8, but I think below 3.0 in general does raise red flags.

Not sure how accurate I am on this answer but this is what I've seen.

As mentioned above, usually it's 3.0. Some schools are 3.25 (KCU). You should be fine with your GPA.
