what grades do upenn, columbia, ucsf require post-acceptance

I have not been admitted into any schools, nor am I being cocky. Those are my top 3 schools, and I am just wondering what those schools specifically require once you get in. I am getting my ass kicked by one ecology class, and may get a C. To those who attend, or those who know for sure, please help me out. Thanks.

UCSF is a 3.0. I'm not sure if this is an overall GPA for the quarter/semester or each class.
