I have to do it for USUHS application, is it just like another yearly physical with your personal doctor or do you have to do extra stuff?

I assume you're worried about getting a DRE. I also applied to USUHS and HPSP so had to go through both. At least for the Navy I didn't get one, other branches I'm not sure (when I went through MEPS the AF guys all had one done while the two Navy officers didn't either).

My doc only gave me a visual inspection. No insertion.

Just a standard physical.
