The thought of something just came to my mind and got freaked out. DOes anyone know the answer to this?
I have to fly to a different city to take my test (everywhere around me was full on the day). I am flying at 9 pm the night before and my test is at 10 am the next day. what is something happens, flight get cancelled or some thing and I end up not showing up to the test. what is going to happen to me? is that gonna go on my record? am i gonna be able to reschedule or do i have to pay the full 500 and reapply?

thanks
:scared:

How long is your flight? I'm also concerned that flying at 9pm won't give you enough time to wind down and sleep before the exam. When is the next available flight after the 9pm one? If the next flight won't get you in on time, I would definitely see if you can get at earlier flight. If there are a couple earlier flights, you could try to fly standby although there are no guarantees you'll get a seat. Probably best to call the airline and switch to an earlier flight. There will probably be some fees, but it's worth it for some peace of mind. This is the last thing you need to be worrying about.

the flight is only 30 minutes. i tried to push forward but there are no seats. i really dont want to go to airport earlier and put myself on standby list the day before my test. I am very curious to see if someone has an answer to my question though.

flight is 30 minutes? DRIVE YOURSELF GIVE ME A BREAK! leave at 6 AM the day before, and have all day to chill, and relax before instead of having to deal with security.... jeez😕

Seriously!! Leave early in the morning and drive the 4-5 hours while listening to Goljan or something--you need to be in a "chillin" mode the night before--not stressed out going to an airport, flying, airport security, etc

This is speculation, I think I read that if you don't show for your test you can reschedule it after 48 hours or something like that, as long as your 3 month scheduling period hasn't expired. I imagine you would have to pay the reschedule fee. Also, you can log on to prometric at anytime and reschedule. Worst case is you have to pay the fee and take it in a couple days. lots of money but not the end of the world.
How far is the testing center driving? you could probably even drive there the day before and save yourself the stress!
good luck!

And if you don't want to lose the last minute study time driving yourself, maybe you should get someone to drive you while you read in the backseat. 🙂
Hope it works out for ya. Good luck.
