What happens now?

So I somehow pulled off a miraculous 38, but I still only have like a 3.5 GPA, although its at a top ten school. Should I be applying to the top schools, or is the GPA going to ruin my chances for that?

apply to a wide range, but definitely expect to get some interviews at top schools!
