Hi all,

As a re applicant: For the many "what has changed in the past year'' essays that I'm sure to encounter, would it be of any use to include that I got married (this upcoming June 21st?) Do schools care? Or should I just leave it out...

Congrats!

You can share that you got married after you list the new work you've accomplished since your last app cycle.

It's heartwarming as part of a compelling package. It's pointless otherwise.

Best of luck to you.

All they want to see is what efforts have you made to improve yourself as an applicant. -Admissionstomedicine

I am very happy for you, but this will not impress anyone on an Adcom. Save it for interviews.
