What is Early, Normal and Late for Interview Invites?

So everyone is saying how it's still early in the cycle and to not panic. My question is: what is early, normal, and late for invites? Does it go something like this?

August/September: Early
October/November: Normal
December/January: Late

Keep in mind I'm talking about invites, not the actual interviews.

Frankly, late is after March 15 and yes, they do happen!
Early is July/Aug.
Sept-Feb is normal.
YMMV. Some schools completely wrap up before Christmas break.
