There are many potential roles at Planned Parenthood that have no attached controversy: routine checkups, office gynecologic procedures, distracting kids while mom is busy, translating, etc. If you are worried about what someone will think, be vague in your description. Even schools without an religious basis have adcomms with their own opinions.
