Pathophysiology would be included in your science GPA. If there is a drop down option for pathophysiology, just list it as that. The course subject is encompassed overall in biology when PTCAS calculates things on their end. I can't link it with my account but PTCAS has a course subject breakdown for your GPAs on their website if you wanted to look into it further.
