Could be, technically speaking, but a foreign med grad (FMG) is an entirely different category and referring to something a little different. When referring to Non-Trads, it's usually in the context of a non-traditional path as a pre-med to get into med school. As an FMG, you'd have already completed med school where you are from, which would come into play for residency match. Being a Non-trad isn't related to the match if referring to a US grad, rather it would just be USDO or USMD.
