I understand that sensitization is an increased response to a repeated stimulus but I found another definition : augmented behavioral response to mild stimuli after habituated stimulus is paired to a noxious one ..
so what does that mean? any examples?

Refers to sensitization in a behavioral science context. For example, you constantly and repeatedly beat a dog while yelling. Eventually, at any moment you raise your voice, the dog cowers in fear of being beaten. Hence the dog has been 'sensitized' to the raising of your voice.
