What is the best TEE course out there?

Nice location, but it's a very intense course--not a little echo in the AM and mountain bike in the PM. Take a look at the schedule. You're going to be doing echo 12+ hours per day. But you'll learn a ton. If you're going to take the exam, this would be a great help.
From what I understand, when it comes to anesthesiology and echo, Utah is pretty much Mecca.
