It was one of my longest interviews. They asked me a little about everything: volunteer experience, academic achievements, family life, why you want to be a doctor and experiences that have happened to make you decide this, what you expect on the island and how to adjust, what you would tell the adcom in Dominica about yourself...etc. Nothing ethical or something you would have to think about deeply. Look in the interview feedback section here, it was all the same questions.
