What is the best way to study for the board part I?

Hi, I will be studying for the part I soon. I know dental decks are very helpful when studyin for the test. What else do you recommend?? If anyone is selling their old stuff, please let me know! Thanks!

first aid usmle step 1 has some pretty good mneumonics; I'm finding that book pretty helpful. oh and back exams.....even though questions are changing, they seem to be at least testing on the same content, so definitely focus on understanding the question rather than just the answer.
