What is the easiest way to turn in Letters of Recommendations/Evals?

Hey everyone! So I am just about to ask some professors and physicians I work with for letters of recommendation (I am applying summer 2016, not this summer) and I was just wondering what is the easiest way to send out letters? I heard interfolio is good but will that allow me to send it off letters to both osteopathic and allopathic schools? I am just really confused on how the whole letter of recommendation process works out and I would like if somebody could explain what the easiest way to send letters is. Thank you!

Pay for the interfolio. THen you can send to where ever you want, whenever you want. You just have to pay for the yearly subscription.
