i dont know about other schools, but in my school if a student doesnt complete a course for a good reason the professor gives an "I" for incomplete. then the next semester the student can complete the work, and the professor will give a grade. but the "I" will remail on the transcript, it wont be removed.
what is the effect of this "I" in my GPA? will it hurt my chances of getting into med school?
