So say someone has scores that are on par with the top 20 scools. What's a good way to break down the number of apps? I'm gonna try applying to Loyola, Rush and UIC where I figure I have a good shot, should I apply to any more schools that I feel I'm very competetive at?
Should I just go to town on many top schools? Or is there a better way to break it down?

15 is a good number for a non-CA resident.

So what is a good number for a CA resident and why is a CA resident different?

I applied to 18 schools as a FL resident.

Also, you might want to apply to a few extra schools on AMCAS. b/c you might get lazy later on and not send in some secondaries. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />
