The average is 496, which is the 37th percentile. Assuming they accept +/- 15 percentile, I would assume the lowest to be 491, which is 22th percentile.
 
What is the lowest MCAT score that students have been accepted to Ross?

The better questions are:
How big of a loan are you willing to take out from Uncle Sam?
How big of a number can you write on your check?

In all seriousness, Ross specializes in taking the cream of the crop, oops, stupid auto-correct, bottom of the barrel MCAT scores

OP, why not go to Pod, PA or Dental School? Pods are basically doctors of the foot, I've seen trauma PAs command the same respect from residents and nurses, and dentists are, well, dentists.

Caribbean seems like a waste of money. If you can't even get a middle percentile on the MCAT how are you gonna pass a single block, let alone step1 with a decent score to get into residency.
