What is the mechanism in

1.Aspirin induced asthma

2.Atopic asthma

3.Non atopic asthma

4.Occupational asthma

1. Aspirin is a non-irreversible COX inhibitor. This leaves the leukotriene pathway unopposed so you have LTC, D, and E4, which are available and those lead to bronchoconstriction leading to the asthma present.

4. Just as the name suggests.
