Depending upon the school, interviews may go on through March-April, even May.

An accept can come from anytime in Oct through the following August

Offers start going out in October, many are released in February, March but there can still be offers rolling out in May, June, July, August and people who were on waitlists drop a school that accepted them earlier for one that took them off the waitlist.

Schools have "second look" events in late March or early April to give admitted applicants an opportunity to learn more about the school and its location before committing.

The date by which one must choose just one offer is April 30 or May 1 (not exactly sure) That said, one may stay on an unlimited number of waitlists so there is still some churn into the late spring and early summer as waitlist movement happens.

Most schools start in July or early August at which point the admissions committee has already turned its attention to the next batch of applicants.

Secondaries usually start coming in the end of June or early July if you submit when AMCAS opens. Obviously your schedule assumes that you have an MCAT score that you are satisfied with by April/May.
