What is too late for TMDSAS?

I know it's late, but what is too late for TMDSAS? I have a 35 MCAT, 4.0 GPA, research experience in a genetics lab covering effects of stresses on mutation rate with drosophila, leaderships positions in a few school orgs, 150+ clincal hours, some shadowing, and cofounder of a student org. So if I submit tomorrow, do I still have a chance at TX schools like UTSA and UT Houston? Again, I know I'm submitting late and thanks for the advice.

I think it really depends on whether you in-state or not. But either way, if I were you, I would apply next cycle. If you apply early with those stats, I think you would have a great chance at any med school.
