We have two plans, one is the seniors take call q3 during their in-patient service month and the interns work 5:30-1700 during the week and one 16 hour shift on the weekend. Kinda week on the interns, but I guess that is what we have to do.
The other plan is for three teams, a day team, a night team, and a "cover" team that covers the gaps.
