What jobs I can have with Chem degree

Can someone help me out. I'm in 2 nd year of chemistry. After finishing my Chem BS degree, I will apply for pharmacy school. However, I don't know what jobs I will do with Chem degree while waiting for pharmacy school. How do I have internship so that I can have experience in Chem. I need to have a job, not just earning a Chem degree for pharmacy school. I don't know what to do with Chem degree. I know that going to lectures and read books is different without experience. Help me please........

You can apply to pharmacy school while finishing up your Chemistry degree. Graduate in Spring and attend pharmacy school in Fall.

But I know some pharmacy schools require BA degree prior to application. that s why I pick chemistry. What happen if pharmacy schools don't accept me. I need back up plan. I need to find a job with chem degree. But I still don't know what I would do with chem degree. Sometime I even think picking chemistry major is bad choice because it s hard to find job....... There are a handful of schools that require a 4 year degree before matriculation (almost all of them here in CA), but before application? Wow, that'd be crazy...

Not sure whether you are posting from a phone or (insert impediment), but I was struggling to read your post due to poor spelling/typing/grammar/punctuation etc. If this is truly how you write, then you really need to work on your communication skills if you want to be accepted into your choice of pharmacy schools.

That being said, there are many jobs for chemists. I just did a monster search for the word "chemist" and 274 jobs popped up. At least chemistry is a "better" degree than biology in the sense that the pay for the biologist with a bachelors degree is much less than that of a chemist with a bachelors degree. Chemistry teaches you a number of definitive skills whereas biology may not depending on your selection of coursework.
