What types of research are more favorable for rads? Bean counting vs. case presentation and does the quality of the journal/first author/etc. play a large role? Also, research that has been submitted/in review shouldn't be included in ERAS but is it recommended to update all of your applications when this happens or it is better to include them somewhere else in your applications? Specifically, I have 2 papers that will be submitted soon and I don't expect them too be finalized before apps go out, and the probably will be staggered by a few weeks. It seems like it would almost be better to send out the update for one of the pubs and maybe you can mention the other one in the interview if it comes up?
