Go to this link http://www.adea.org/AADSAS/webdocs/AppInstrBooklet.pdf , top of page #9 has a nice conversion chart, used that to convert all of your marks and then calculate your average. But for a quick anwer to your questions, I think a B+ is about 3.4-ish

yeah when i filled out my application i am pretty sure what happens is you have to round a 3.5 down to a 3.33 on their scale which is a B+.

dude, if a 3.5 means a B+ on your school's grading scale then you record it as a B+ according to the ADEA grading scale when you apply. It's not that hard. For example, at my school they give out percentages. Lukily for me, a mark between 80-100 is an A, which translates to a 4.0 on the grading scale. This was also confirmed by one of the admission's people at UDM. Good luck.

Which Community College do you go to? 80% here at Wash U is a B- if not C+.

Community College??? hahahah that's funny. Actually over here in Canada your 90 is our 80. My friend needed 90+ plus good SAT scores to even have his application looked at.

ur kidding right? ur class must be really easy

it depends on some teachers that like to curve. On the average though the grading scale most teachers have at my school tend to be
60-69 D,
70-79 C-, C, C+
80-89 B-, B, B+
90-100, A-, A
