What Passages are the "advanced" passages in TRPH science workbook?

I have the 2006 edition and it only has 1 passage labeled advanced in the biology section. Its the one about the plasmid vector. I think, the later editions of this book have the same passages, but my edition just doesnt have the passages labeled "advanced'. Can somebody help me and tell me what the advance passages are content wise? Like what topics are the advanced passages on?

I think I have a newer version but dont remember what edition mine is . My book has a couple of advanced passages in most section...The plasmid passage is one of them. Your edition might have more but thay might not labeled them...The advanced passages are certainly more challenging than the regular ones but not by much. The plasmid passage is way more complicated than most passages in this book.
