What position title should I put?

Hello Guys,
What should I enter in the "position title" box if I have been teaching a language to kids at a temple?

Teacher or tutor would probably work.

Do you hold formal classes? If so, you could do something like "Foreign Language Instructor".
If it's more informal and you just help others who are learning, maybe "Foreign Language Coach" or "Foreign Language Tutor".

I was a treasurer in a pre-dental club, is this under dental enrichment or Extracurricular?

Kidding.
Whatever you list that EC under, it will be considered as such. You can double down on ECs if you did different things in that same organization for example if you volunteer for Red Cross and worked for them you can list it under volunteering and work experience.
