What questions are usually asked during telephone interviews?Need help

I plan to take clinical electives in USA, but english is not my first language so i'm not very confident with the telephone interview (which is used to determine if an international student is fluent in English). Therefore I'd like to do some preparation for it ahead of time. Any one know what questions are usually asked during telephone interviews (I know it might vary from one school to another)?
