Just retook my DAT:
Bio: 17 --> 22
Chem: 22 -->21
Ochem: 21 --> 20
PAT: 21 -->22
RC: 17 -->19
QC: 19 -->22
TS: 19 --> 21
AA: 19 -->21

GPA: 3.1 sGPA: 3.2
Had above 3.5 for the last year of college since frat and extracurriculars destroyed my grade during sophmore and junior.
Held Vicepresident, Public Relations, Community Service in my frat and clubs. Not sure how dental school view frat involvements. Costarted a club. Went on dental mission to costa rica. Did research in the nutrition department. Interned at the emergency room. Have tons of random community services for clubs/frat. Of course the usual Dentist shadowing. One with a general and one with an endodontist.

Due to my low GPA, most school's GPA average are much higher.
I live in LA
Here is what I have so far (my application was sent in on the first round):
BU, NYU, Temp, Unlv, Pitt, USC, Western, Midwestern, USN(new dental school in salt lake city).

I Can't do tuft cause I don't have Bio roc. I have bad grades on most bio classes and mostly A's in chemistry. I have 3 chemistry, 1 lab, and 1 dental.
I know I have no chance with ucla or ucsf but should I try my luck on UOP? or is my GPA still too low. Also what other schools should I try to add? Thanks in advance and have a good fireworks day.

Add Hahr-vahd to that list. Or else amalgamgrillz will probably smother you with condescension.

I think you should add UoP. They love high DAT scores.

What about ASDOH? Or the Midwestern in IL?

Hey Guys,

So I've added Case, Midwestern Il, and UOP. with the original BU, NYU, Temp, Unlv, Pitt, USC, Western, Midwestern, USN. Total of 12 so far.

I think I made a mistake on Pitt since they have 3.55 GPA.

ASDOH likes a lot of volunteer hours. I'm not sure exactly how much they are looking for.
Also, do you guys think Maryland and VCU is a bit too far fetched for me with their ~3.5 GPA.

Thanks

Hey I've got similar stats to yours. Have you finalized your list?
