What schools are you applying to for Fall 2009?

I'll be applying to UCSF only. I was applying to UNM but I'll be leaving the desert behind and not looking back. 😉

Why do you say that? I'm actually moving because of my husband's job, not just for pharmacy school. I had already started my app originally for UNM but I will submit it to UCSF.

Man, you are making me so nervous now! LOL I know it's so competitive to get in but I have to at least give it a try!

I think the point cheburashka is making is that you should probably expand the number of schools you apply to and not just limit it to one or two so you have a broad range of schools that will pick and choose a number of applicants, thereby increasing your chances of getting accepted at least SOMEWHERE and not have to wait another year to apply.

Then again.. I might be wrong 🙂

yeah, I know what you mean. But with my situation at the moment, I can't apply to multiple schools.

That is exactly the point I was making, thank you ! I don't want her to end up losing another year like I have, just because I was fixated ( and obsessed I might add 😉 ) on one school only.

It's always good to expand your options ! 😍

I just want to say to everyone: don't underestimate UNM CoP! It's a pretty good school. but it's the only school I am applying to for now.... they are building new facilities that will house patient care labs and a mock-pharmacy

I can tell you to be a new mexico resident. 🙂 i'm still figuring out what ima do but if i do pharmacy unm will be my one and only. i love new mexico
