What schools require to retake old classes?

I took premed science classes in 2002/2003. I read some pharmacy schools require you to retake classes more then 5-10 years old. Anyone have any idea which schools these are?

You are probably better off making your list of schools you might want to attend and then checking with each one to see if you need to retake the old classes. I think there are a lot of schools that want recent pre-reqs so it is easier to just check yourself.
