I studied month maybe month and a half before my test. avg about 6-8hrs 5 days a week.
I used Princeton Review: Cracking the OAT, OAT Destroyer, Free-lance teacher, Khan Academy, the big blue book from Kaplan, Organic Chemistry McMurry (my college textbook), AP/SAT Subject Test books (from local library), GRE and GMAT books (library), Kaplan OAT 5th ed., OAT Achiever, I did not use the $1000+ kaplan course because I felt it was there just to make you study everyday (I feel if you are self-discipline to do study on your own yourself don't take it), but mainly because I'm poor haha. However, one of my other friends scored above a 340 using the course so it might just depend on the person.
I have taken 5 semesters of biochem (3 lecture, 2 labs) hence my scores in bio and ochem, however I was working pretty hard relearning physics because i got Bs and Cs those classes and took them like 3yrs ago.
I was doing terrible in the Destroyer and Achiever Tests, but they were about 40-50% hard questions than the actual OAT. Very good practice tho. Alot of people I've talked to have had trouble with the Ochem section but both those resources should prepare you pretty well. At least thats what I did.
The biggest thing for me was if you didn't understand solution of a question you got wrong in a reasonable amount of time, move on and come back to it later. Theres too much info to be stuck on anyone particular topic for too long. Just suck it up for a month or two, keep grinding, and good luck!

I have done enough research, attending visits at my school from some optometry schools and talked to the admissions offices. But I agreed with you its not the same as actually visiting the campuses. That's why SCCO is my preferred school as of now since I really liked the people and the area when i visited. Thanks for the help.
